Could you answer my question? why i can not use the clan tag CCCP in battlefild 4?

You can't set your clan tag to CCCP because it represents the Soviet Union, and EA doesn't want anyone to be offended by that so they won't allow you to use it.
The game uses the symbolism of the Soviet Union.
The hammer and sickle (☭) are a part of communist symbolism and their usage indicates an association with communism, a communist party, or a communist state. This symbol features a hammer and a sickle overlapping each other. The two tools symbolize the urban industrial workers and the rural agricultural workers respectively, and their overlapping symbolizes the unity of the two as the working class.
