there is a player who put the tag CCCP http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ru/user/VOVKA-vold/
So it's probably just a bug. Why is it so difficult to solve?

First. My first message banned because we cant even use here some words. So i need to use some other words...
Second. I dont care and its not hurt MY feelings if someone uses Soviet tags and emblemens.
Third. BUT if all N___ tags and emblemens are banned its fair to ban also all Soviet tags and etc. Im also in eastern-european and i can say that most that live in eastern europe and not are Russian keep ALL Soviet marks and tags samekind of bad than N___ tags and emblemens. If you not understand this you are readed Soviet brobakanda in your history lessons.
Fourt. In my country we use swastika also in today diferent medals and some of our military flags uses it. We also use it before than N___. If i wanna use that cross (i dont want) which is heraldic mark that we use also in 2013, can i use it? No... my account was banned under 10 minutes...
