EA Anti Cheat error message when I try to launch the game, code (2) and (1052)

I get this error message: "EAAntiCheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC.: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe ( 2 )( 1052 )"
I have tried to reinstall and repair the anticheat, I have set the anticheat to the correct game folder. I have restarted my PC several times. I have tried to run EA as administrator. I have reinstalled vc++. I have tried to disable antivirus. Nothing seems to work.
