Hi all,
In Battlelog I register details and enter in a clantag that I want to join.
When I click save, a "saved to profile" icon appears.
But it doesn't save at all.
I have been entering the details for about a week now, and I can't figure it out.
Any suggestions?
There has been an issue with Battlelog since MoHW was released preventing changes to your profile to include clan tags, soldier pictures, and Premium forum signatures from saving despite you receiving the green check mark stating that your profile changes have been saved. The issue has been reported via battlelog but nobody's heard about a timeline for the fix.
From what I've seen any changes, clan tags, signatures etc that were entered before MOHW was integrated wtih Battlelog are still fine\reflected on Battlelog, it's the updating\changin of that information that is affected at this time. I really hope the Battlelog staff remedies this soon.
Sorry for replying to an old thread but I was having this issue now still. For me the way around this is to use Firefox rather than Chrome which i usually use. With Firefox it saved the info fine but the page seemed to load funny, then i click back and all loaded fine, clicked profile and dig the changed. Perhaps its a browser related issue then, Im running Linux though anf Firefox on linux worked but not Chrome.

i found that mine worked if I changed browser. i.e. I usually use Nightly (Firefox) and it wasnt wokring, however I read that for someone else it wasnt working on Firefox but was on Chrome. So I just used a different browser, Internet Explorer in this case as it is a pre-install for windows; and the issue was fixed and my profile changes were properly saved. Try using any different browser and this may solve your issue.

Change browser! I used Chrome and it didnt work, switched to Firefox and no problem!
