9 years ago@HAWKILLER91 Hi, this isn't being ignored, sorry if we gave that impression. As mentioned above, usually your progress will return after a match or 2. Be sure to play on an official server, then check again after your first match, ideally the progress should be back to the correct level.

Thank you for the reply, yes the issue doesn't seem like it's going to fix itself. I can see my progress on the Soldier tab on the opening page of the game, but when I click on Customize Soldier all my class ranks drop to 0 for instance I'm am rank 10 scout but nearly all of scout class weapons and items are locked from me as it believes I'm level 0 when I click through.
As you can imagine this is extremely annoying as I can not benefit from the progress and hours I'm putting into this game.
This issue isn't going to simply fix itself when ever. Is there's nothing you can check you end on my account?

- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoAfter months of the issue it has now righted itself, don't know if this is to do with the latest update but all is working finally. Even though I'm rank 42 I have finally received my first ribbon for kill 5 enemies in a game. Think my account was messed up from day one but all is good now

@ron1n87 By any chance has the update helped with your issue? If not, can I ask if you got the deluxe edition (in and upgrade or code) from a region other than your base game?
