Class ranking glitch

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug My classes are not ranking up, I noticed this and I took a picture of the assault class score, played an entire game using assault, and went back to the picture and it showed the same exact score
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a picture of your class score and play an entire game using that class, then go back to the picture and compare the numbers
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't progress my class and further unlocks

    Hello, I believe this is just a visul glitch. But you are still ranking up. DICE has stated that they will atpt to resolve this issue soon. If this helped I'd appreciate it if you could grant me XP. Thank you.
