Hello, I enter the activation code and writes that this code is already activated. How do I solve this problem? 💔

As mentioned on https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/origin-code-redemption-faq/ you should contact EA and have then investigate your code. Remember a code can only be used once.
(I changed your title to be in English as this is the English section, there's other languages using the language selector in the bottom right)
