BF1 is now supporting HDR, in my case the colors are not that bright anymore, it´s different.
There are some HDR settings in the options menu, maybe you can turn it off or adjust it just to check if that causes your issue?
I think that switching HDR from "Auto" to "Off" actually helped. I'll double check tonight before I mark this as a solution. Possibly there is still a black outline on text and spot bubbles.

Hello @ylledjur
I am really sorry for those color issues with the game. And glad to hear, those advises, community provided, helped you to fix this. Have you double checked this? Let us know, if it was the Accepted solution, of if any additional assistance is required.
Cheers,

Double checked now and unfortunately it did not make a difference. I screenshotted in game and checked the color with photoshop. Red color of the objective symbol are not clear red, but 190/56/51. Blue objective color is 57/105/176 and also appears a bit darker than before. It's possible that the spot circle color is different from these but I have not managed to get a screenshot of that yet.
Just to be sure that screenshots don't mess upp the colors I compared my kill-color (255/30/30) by screenshotting the Video menu shows correctly as 255/30/30 when probed in photoshop.
Yesterday someone asked about it in ingame chat (out of the blue) so I am quite sure I'm not the only one with this problem. He was running Nvidia so it should not be GPU make dependent.

I also made a screenshot of the spot marker now and it reports as 132/56/52. It feels almost like there is a constant layer of fog overlaying the game... I also noticed that in some circumstances the marker is actually translucent. That goes for both red and blue markers, and especially at a bit longer distances.
