comm mode glitch

Are you ever gonna fix the comm mode cruise missile glitch where sometimes it doesnt come back after the cool down time is done?? It seems to be PS3 server glitch, cause my friend on PS4 dont have that issue. And its not just a tablet problem, it happens on my actual ps3 too.
