Commander mode for Windows 8.1 tablet???

Why is there a app for Android and iOS but no for Windows 8.1??? I really can't understand this, since most gamers play on WINDOWS and not on toyOS....

    Hi,

    Most gamers play on Windows, not Windows RT what is

    (often) installed on Windows Tablets.

    And Windows RT can only run apps from the Windows Store.
    I think the IOS/Android demand is higher then Window RT.
