Companion App Broken

How do we access that stuff now?

Dear All,

I can’t access the battlefield 1 page also can’t access the URL of the companion app installation I received on an email, both are not working.

I also tried to download the application from the app store but still not working properly.

what should I do?

Hi @husseinataby I've merged your topic with this existing one. I'm sorry to say that that there is a problem with the Companion at the moment, and there isn't a fix yet.

i would say by now that the companion app isnt going to be fixed. with how long it's been faulty i personally think it's just going to be left alone to fizzle out which is a real shame.

it's a bit like battle log. an amazingly helpful tool but it's now just as it is. no 2042 update for it.
battle log and the companion both an amazing thing that you can interact with the battlefield games in a different way, a bit gimmicky but another reason why i love battlefield so much. 
fingers crossed that they bring the companion app back and better would love to see data for all battlefield games played in one place 

Don't know dude... I'm also facing this bug but this not effects my gameplay so its not a terrible problem. Just enjoy the game 🙂

Yes, but I still miss the CompanionApp though.

Just wondering if the companion app will ever get fixed..does not work.. when installing the app and try to open it, it just boots you out. Then it says there is a bug and developer needs to fix the app. Tried everything even on a new smart phone..still get the same results..
