Battlefield 1 Companion app: I cant connect it to my xbox account, and ive tried everything. Sent email, nothing. Its only showing PC and I play on xbox. This makes no sense at all, and i've found no help at all searching the forums, if someone knows something, that would be fantastic!
Community Admin@illugakun89 Hi, in most cases like this there's an account mixup and the Xbox progression is linked to a separate email address.
I checked your posting account, it isn't linked to any Xbox account. Is this the one you're using the log in? If so, please try any alternate addresses that you might have linked to your Xbox account.

Since @EA_David has already verified that the current account you are posting on is not linked to an Xbox Account, you will have to log in with the account that is linked to your XBL Gamertag. If you do not know the account, you can contact an EA Game Adviser @ https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
Once you find the account and log in on your companion app, you will still see a PC soldier. Don't worry, this is normal, it always displays a PC soldier by default. To switch to your XBL soldier, follow the steps below:
While in the Companion App:
1. Click the COG wheel in the top-right corner
2. Click Settings
3. Click Change Profile
4. Select your XBL Account
5. Click Confirm
Now when you go to your Career section, you will see your XBL soldier
