Community Admin@illugakun89 Hi, in most cases like this there's an account mixup and the Xbox progression is linked to a separate email address.
I checked your posting account, it isn't linked to any Xbox account. Is this the one you're using the log in? If so, please try any alternate addresses that you might have linked to your Xbox account.

- Having a similar issue, when I hit the login button my screen goes blank. I've used the app from the start and it worked fine this is new problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help, any suggestions?
