Comunity Test Enviroment dead?

when ever I try to play on the CTE i find nearly every single server is empty. I want to ejoy some time on the CTE but the most populated server, as i type, has 13/64 players. Keep in mind, I'm not running any filter settings.

So, is the community test environment dead? It's hard to believe that, out of the global player force, there are not even enough people to fill a single 64player server.

The CTE is not always active, but sometimes there are events where certain features are being tested and the servers get pretty populated.

The core game itself is much more active than the CTE.
