I have been having issues with connecting to servers on Battlefield 3. In particular East servers. I had already contacted a tech from EA and he suggested that I make my claim here. I am not the only player having this issue it is console wide. Also we have to go through extensive lengths to join other servers as well. Such as signing in and out of the 360 dashboard to be able to connect. A bug also has occurred when opening xbox one dashboard during a game. It will cause you to lose connection on the 360. It feels like my complaints and the battlefield 3 community complaints are falling on def ears. I have made other claims about hackers on console killing servers and still nothing has changed.

Yes! East US Xbox servers have been down since Friday 2/21/2020. Zero East US servers are running. Day 6. I have complained to tech chat Monday & Tuesday - Wednesday they removed the chat option. I waited 2 hours for a callback. Tech team said there is nothing they can do.I have friends all around the world on Xbox360 and XboxONE - no one is able to join East Us servers. friends from Brazille, Spain, France, UK, West US, This is overloading all the servers. There are not that many BF3 servers to start with.I have most time played in BF3 - I am getting messages from my friends and players I don't know.Everyone is saying EA is killing BF3. EA has forgotten about us.Come on EA Studio Support Team - can you please help us?Thanks

Here in Brazil we are also unable to connect to the servers. Many admins have lost their servers.

Zero or low ping on EAST/WEST US servers, East Servers have been down for months, since November last year. West US servers ping went from 5 to 0 yesterday 2/26 at 6pm. All other server regions, including DICE/EA servers between 1 and 4. No servers currently ping at 5 (where they should be). This is an EA server issue, not a console issue, PS3/XBOX - we pay good money to play this game...we should get good service...those who rent servers.

support tells us to post it here yet I have posted things here before and they never get answered. so its a keep sending that money so we can get rich off doing nothing. They only maintain pc servers anyways.

Day 7 No east US servers running.

Yes! East US Xbox servers have been down since Friday 2/21/2020.

@meisky bought the limited edition at lauch(back to karkand) i cant access the content anymore, servers unavailable disconnecting constantly, cheaters rampant. And yet this game still has my heart, please update the game please keep it alive.

Yes, EA repair the servers please, players are losing their rented servers. Pleass!!!!!
