I'm sorry to report that after the initial game connection, joining quick match ends with the error: "The game appears to be unavailable, please try again". Or it's possible to join a game, and then after about 20 seconds (I timed it) I notice I'm the only thing moving, then I'm dumped to the title screen with the error: "Connection to game has been lost. Please check your network connection and try again". It was working, then it stopped working within an hour... Now it may be simply a capacity issue. I'm sure after all this time lots of people are jonesing for their 1943 fix, and if that's the case, I'm good with it. It means that's nothing's really wrong.
However, there are a few questions, which I feel really should be answered:
-Why did it take so long for anyone of importance to notice this forum filling up with frustrated players?
-Why were the connection errors such a low priority?
-Why were the vast majority of the support staff so deficient in their recognition of a "serious and perpetuating" problem arising here, and so oblivious to the futility of their suggested fixes?
-What was fixed? What did the dev team discover about the server pipeline that was causing the problems?
Thank you/anyone in advance for their insight.
