Ive been experiencing the exact same issue for several weeks now.
Countless hours talking to support, trying all the solutions offered by EA and numerous forum posts with no luck.
Finally EA support tells me its an issue with my ISP... B u l l s h i t
Im able to play BF4 and the BF5 Beta without any network problems, my internet works perfectly on every other online game I play. Im fed up with EA and their pathetic excuse for customer support, can safely say I will never be purchasing another title from this shambles of a company.
Im confused is this actually a technical forum with EA staff on it? As response time from them is extremely poor.
Just an update to my own thread, my updates to all other threads were removed as Spam, although all i was doing was trying to jump start whoever looks after these forums to take action as response has been incredibly poor.
I have had a response, we will now see if any action is going to be taken.
