Hey everyone!
You get this error message when Battlefield 1 is not getting the data fast enough, which could also mean that you are losing data to our server, or having stability issues on your network or on ISP side to us. its less on how fast your network is but it is more about how stable the network is to our servers.
What you can do is follow our network guide and if all fail do a UO-tracer and send the results to me and I'll take a look.

It is 100% NOT ON OUR END. I have started getting this error since purchasing the BF1 premium pass. I have ridiculously fast internet, like the original poster in this thread. My connection is ethernet going into fibre to the premises and 100% stable. There is zero issue from my end.

- Anonymous7 years agoAlso from Australia, sadly this did not work.
Ping to local servers is around ~11ms and can't connect to any of them, with the same notification others have got. Ping to international servers is minimum ~150ms and can connect to all just fine. - 7 years ago

still wont work for me âšī¸
Getting this error "Conncetion to EA Online timed out. Your network bandiwdthand/or network latency may not meet the requirments for this game" everytime I join the server, Quickmatch work properly, but there's no player in it, so I use multiplayer server but when I join the game within 10 sec, always getting that error âšī¸ - 7 years ago
Yeah it's nothing to do with origin, i've tried so many things its not funny, the annoying part is its completely random so when you think you've found a fix it's only because you got lucky for a bit.
It's something server side, i'm guessing it's related to old information being stored (like you never left) and it's comparing the old info with your new login and then saying 2 days is longer than the 2 second timeout.
I notice if i keep retrying eventually it comes up with another message and i seem to get in after that(again not sure if its related...due to random) so maybe if it is related this new message actually kicks from queue as well as removes your info from the server allowing a new timeout that actually works.

Last night to avoid cheater i turned on all server to be visible and maybe i can play in other country server, sudenly all my ping is not detected in server list. today i cant play the game at all, when i join the usual server (singapore/japan) the screen goes blank and i get the notification "cant connect to ea server" and the game just not responding, all just blank black screen. how do i fix this? i try to repair the game from origin and reset server list on the game but its not working.
