Solved

"Connection to the server has been lost" Just bought.Happens every game.

Keep getting disconnected during multiplayer, happens every single match I play - "Connection to the server has been lost. Check network settings or try again later"

I've just bought the game and have tried all fixes, this happens only with BF4 - other games work fine, including other origin titles such as Titanfall.

Quite frankly very disappointed, I know EA are bad but what have I paid for?

Can't find any solutions online (that work) and if I can't get this fixed I am going to do everything I can to get a refund for this game as this is just beyond a joke. Don't understand why getting into a game is fine but once I've been playing for a bit I get DC'd completely randomly it seems.

After trying everything I resorted to my event viewer. One by one I correct all my critical, warnings and errors. I cant be sure which one it was that fixed it however I believe it was something to do with a common driver issue caused by 'AMDA00 Interface'. I disabled this as it seems there is no actual fix for the issue.

To anyone having the same issue, I'd recommend having a look through the event viewer and see if there's anything that seems like it may be affecting the game and check you don't have this or any other driver issues.

@aGrandSinginBaw Clear your browser cache and/or try a different browser. Reinstall your webplugins for battlelog. Get sure that you have disabled all ad and application blocking software in your browser and using the latest version of Adobe Flash.

Battlefield:Hardline, Origin and the Battlelog webplugins should be in the exception list of your firewall/antivirus software. I recommend to re-install Microsoft .NET framework as well as Direct X.

Make sure that you run Origin and Battlefield 4 as administrator. Click with the right mouse button in the Origin.exe and choose -> run as administrator.

    Cheers

I'm having this same problem with the Xbox One. Help.EA.com did a traceroute on my Xbox One connection yesterday and I submitted the logs. I have not heard back from EA - What now?

not a clue mate this was on pc so the only thing that might help is opening router ports or disabling upnp on router. no idea if there's anything you can do from the xbox to try and fix it besides maybe changing your dns server.

The first thing I did was set up port forwarding through my firewall for the necessary ports...

If it's console you're probably just going to need to wait for EA then if nothing above works. Don't know if clearing your cache exists on XB1 did on 360 so maybe give that a try.

Yes, I have cleared the system cache several times, but no go. This issue is just so crazy. I have Battlefield Hardline too and it runs great, no problems. It's just BF4 with issues that started happening in the last couple of weeks. Today I deleted BF4 and re-downloaded it, hoping that would fix the problem, but no. This problem started out loosing the connection with the server once in awhile, but now, Multiplayer won't even run at all - whenever I select it and try to enter a game, it just looses the connection every time. I have big bucks invested in this game and can't even use it - frustrating. Have no choice but to wait and see if EA is going to do anything for me...
