[CONSOLIDATE] Issues/Problems You Faced AFTER Downloading China Rising DLC & Possible Solutions(PC/PS/XBOX)

I Own preimim and downloaded and installed the China Rising DLC but when ever i try to do an Air assult or Capture the flag it just tells me i am missing the DLC's needed to play on this server. Is this a known issue or am i just doing it wrong. I play on the PS4 and have tried Un and Reinstalling the DLC
