Could I ever recive a free copy of a game I owned on last gen for next gen

Hello I’m asking if I could ever get a copy of battlefield Four for Xbox one. I owned an Xbox 360 Prem disc and I had bought the ultimate shortcut kit (I also unlocked all challenge guns except one assault class gun) so all in all almost one hundred dollars. after I upgraded I found out the disc was no longer useable with the next gen console and I can’t use the disc to download the game from the Xbox store. So unless you can make it so it will realize I own the game when it’s in my drive and will let me download the Xbox version or if I recive a one use code I will be waiting for response.
