Could SSD be causing memory leak/FPS stutter?

Even an old SSD is very unlikely to be the cause of a performance problem.

If you could post a link to the Dxdiag file from the machine we may be able to advise on steps to take.

It doesn't seem to happen right away, usually after a few hours. Shanghai seemed to kickstart it the other day.

Ok I keep seeing this issue crop up and I estimate 98% of the time there is one over riding similarity in the users set-up 

WINDOWS 8.1 

I run Windows 7 a true PC OS not some hashed together do everything OS like 8.0 and 8.1 and have never had this memory leak issue I know your not going to like what I am saying but I believe this whole issue is down to WIndows not AMD or DICE 

I'm thinking of reverting his rig back to Windows 7, it's a shame there's such a performance difference between the two ☹️ We're talking 10-20fps leap when you switch to Windows 8.1
