Cpu Lag Spikes
Anyone having issues with cpu lag spikes caused by PunkBuster? Is there any solution for this?

Have you already tried to delete and re-install PunkBuster aka checked if the spikes are not happening if you are playing on a non PB server? Some additional information about your hardware might help us to investigate your issue.

Yes, I tried deleting it and reinstalling it... that didnt help. I did try playing on non PB servers and game runs great, also tried BF4 PB version runs great but after few min of play get kicked from servers. My specs: I7 3930 @4.6 GTX980.
I had issues with CPU spikes until yesterday. If you have an ASUS laptop it may be this issue:

I was suprised as hell when turning off Game First actually fixed the problem.Several badly designed Asus accessory softwares are equally guilty.
