have you updated your .net framework to latest (4.5.1)?
here's a link for 4.5.1 download page.
Other then that the atidxx64.dll is a dx11 driver file. try also updating dx with the direct x web setup softw.
Post back with the solution if you got it working somehow.

I updated .net and still crashes, except now the desktop is white and you cannot get into task manager. You can tab around and see the taskbar, but I have to get the 'settings' cog up when hoevering on the right and reboot to get normal use back.
I have updated as much as possible now and all default settings in the BIOS. Still crashes in single player and multi player.
