I'm no longer getting this error.
Did the following:
Run BF4 as administrator
Update punkbuster
Reinstall beta driver for AMD graphics. (reboot too!)
My error has progressed from this since doing tons of tweaking and driver updates to just crashing the game with APPCRASH. Lately it either stops me from terminating the BF4.exe due to a white screen or a black screen that eventually requires a reboot. None of these produce a dump file or BSOD so I cannot collect any further information.

Just FYI, atidxx64.dll is an AMD video driver so it was the video driver update that resolved this for coldice132.
i dont see the iformation, but the idea is installa beta driver 13.11 and should we work fine¡?
