It has now been Nine days six of which are regular work week days. Can't play Metro, Paracel Storm, Dawn Breaker, Operation Locker, or Lancing Dam. We have not received a progress report on the " ETA" of a fix or solution to this issue. For goodness sake can't even play as a commander on any of these maps. As a valued and dedicated customer of this game designer/corporation for many many years, I am at the least confused and disappointed not only that this is happened but in the way it is being handled.
I do realize that these things do happen and you cannot see in the future. Please as one adult/parent to the adults of this company give us the respect of a progress report so thoughts do not wonder and respect does not die. This is a business partnership ( Retailer---Consumer) and I am sure as you can tell by looking at the forums partnerships and faith in your company is dying. I for one would not like to see this happen.. We need to work together on this, I know it is hard with the different age groups involved but we owe each other the respect of the business arrangement ....
Please put out a progress report as soon as you can, things are falling apart in there. Customers are arguing with each other over this issue.....
