@EA_Illium Please pass the info to someone higher that the server crash spectator exploit is still not fixed, and Operations campaign is unplayable.

I have issues with Operations Servers crashing every day since 4-5 days ago, I remember the name of person who is doing it and I just leave the match and close the game cause I know whenever person is there Im wasting time. It happens from 1 am to 3 am in EU and USA East servers. He uses aimbot, speed hack every evening, crashes servers later. During day in EU ones is thankfully fine.
Just to update the situation - yesterday between 11 pm to 4 am ALL EU and USA Operations servers were force crashed by known person. I also couldnt find any Japan or Hong Kong/Australia server that had players, all were 0 players so its possible that person did that to other regions also. Because of force crash we didnt have a single server to play on cause it takes time for crashed ones to be used again. Person was also boasting in chat before crash what he is doing. This is becoming a serious issue and I hope EA can make some fix that at least server crashes dont happen.
Btw that person was boasting in chat also how he is developing his hack to be even better. He is doing it for many many months, we all reported him to no avail.
And can we as players get a refund on Squad boost XP? Because I see lot of people activating it (and they are timed) and when server crasher force disconnects a server we lose all that progress and Boost XP. Not to mention Operations pack are impossible to earn, we do first round on operations and all progress is gone when server crashes on second round. At least please fix that, that we dont lose a progress because of disconnet that its not our fault.
And today again, different user name same person, I dont get that person and why is DICE allowing this. We paid our money for this game and we get threated like this, by not being able to play the game the game at all and nothing is being done. We are all not allowed to play the game we love by one single person.
To bump this,
please can you try and fix at least issue with server crashing, so people cannot use that to force crash a server.
Today since 1 pm central european time, known user with his 6 th account as far as I know, most likely others were banned - as they should be. The person is constantly crashing every EU operations servers. As we join new one he joins as spectator writes some message and we all get disconnected. I have looked and we have less than 20 servers available now (person crashed all others), he will most likely crash all official servers and we will not have any servers to play on.
This now has become serious issue, the person was doing this every evening, now its doing it during day. So we cannot use Operations mode. I reported the person as many others have, and this continues to happen in such a scale now, that your product cannot be used as it should.
Ps. Yes as I said we are losing servers fast, person is doing it non stop - he is crashing every server that has people on it, as we go to next he does it again.
Btw it is known person (user) , some of fellow players reported his earlier accounts on EA.com and he was banned, then user got another account and continues with his action. So it seems banning a user cannot help much cause he just buys new key. So only fix here would be fixing the posibility to crash severs. Cause I dont know why the person is determined to do it as long as he is able.
Bump this thread because he (we all know who) crashed all Operations servers today. I managed to join a server with a few players, then as time went on, player base grew, and of course he joined along with some of his hacking buddies. Apparently, he has a new way to crash servers including private servers while map is loading. So get ready to have very few servers in the coming days.
It's a damn shame that EA/DICE doesn't want to patch the exploit. I hope an admin here is reading this and is able to send it to EA/DICE.
