Criminal Syndicate Assignment Grenade Kills not registering

My grenade stats used to go up every now and then with police agent kills which is a problem in itself however now my grenade kills are stuck at 38/50 and no matter how I get police grenade kills or how many I get they do not count. I have played both ranked and official servers with nothing counting.
