CTE Sign-up Issues

Everytime I go to sign up for CTE it says "You have to have Battlefield 4 and Premium to sign up".

I have BF4+Premium on XBOX360
I have contacted help.ea two times but they couldn't fix it and told me to post it here.

    Can you send me your BL profile? 

    You need to link your XBOX Live Account in battlelog. Also in Origin too.

    1. Log in to your Origin account

    2. Click Friends -> Add a friend in the menu bar

    3. The pop-up will give you the option to connect to Facebook, XBOX Live or Playstation Network. Choose your preferred option

    4. Fill in your log-in details and follow the steps on screen

    Then, go to http://cte.battlelog.com/ and Log in. Go to Origin and press button Reload in the tab My Games.
