Summarize your bug: Customization menu for Soldier menu is not synced

How often does this bug occur? Since switching from Xbox One S to Xbox Series X

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When out of the game, go to "Customize Soldier" in your Soldier page.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I try customize my soldier, base weapons are locked and need to buy with Warbonds when I already unlocked these base weapons

I'd like to take the moment to explain the situation I'm in.

I recently purchased a brand new Xbox Series X and took the time to transfer all my games from my old Xbox One S. I started playing Battlefield 1 recently and for some reason EA decided to update Battlefield 1 and now I cannot customize my weapons from the Customize Soldier Menu. It's frustrating that I have to customize during midmatch. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps I've read from the Battlefield Community and so far nothing has worked. Is there anybody that can help me on this situation? Any help is appreciated.
