cyber cafe

Hi Guys,

I am planning to open a cyber cafe. I would like to offer your games in the cafe. Do I need a special permission or a commercial license besides usual game licenses?

Kind Regards,

Alexander

  • I would imagine you would have to contact support about that:

Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. To contact an EA Advisor directly you will have to go to:

    http://help.ea.com/contact-us

then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".

    1

Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic

    2

When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA

    5

The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:

    4

Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative.

@agaliev2 I don't think support will be able to directly assist, but as I understand there are special licensing requirements. As part of setting up the business and the related legal proceedings, you should be able to find out what's needed. If you're in contact with your local wholesaler/distributor hopefully they can point you in the right direction.

Sorry that I don't have more specific info, we're more for the customer/commercial side of support and don't really deal with the business side.
