Dedicated server for bad company 2

I've read on several forums that it's possible to run an unranked dedicated server for BFBC2. My clan runs our own TCADMIN run game server and would like to run a BC2 server. It kind of defeats the purpose to have our own dedicated server to pay someone else for a server. If it is not possible, that's okay, i would just like an official answer one way or another. Thanks in advance for any help you may offer.
