DICE stated that the Class Ranks would progress faster than the normal rate it was set at, so they set the progression rate back to normal and this caused some peoples rank to go down. you can still get it back up. its in the patch notes

Note: This may result in going down in Class Rank, but purchased unlocks will not be lost.
