Dude are you serios? "buy battlepacks to win bla bla.." false advertising says something to you? if you sale the chance to win something that WAS NOT in there at first sounds like a scam to me
"nobody said you need to spend real money for it" but you are the ones selling and promoting the bugged battlepacks ?!?!? , of course you have to back up the ones that feeds you but they did a mistake you know it and they know it so stop the bs give us real answers real solutions plz

Ofc we need use real money @Its_Travis_199! There is no other way, i used all of my scraps never got (from 211 Battlepacks ). I recycled all bonuses and duplicates. And bought all superior battlepacks possible with my scraps and of course I did not get it. So do not say we dont need use real money to get it!
Everyone can feel free to use real money or not. So as i said, nobody told you to do that.
For sure if you want that Skin and you have no Scraps anymore so you can buy Battlepacks with real money!(but its your choose)

Contact them maybe they will actually do something I tried I'm not sure they what the problem is customer service just refers you here
