'Desync' problem - teleporting everywhere even though ping is fine

OK, so sometimes i have this problem sometimes i don't but when i do it is infuriating! i join a game, play fine for 3-5 minutes, then boom i start teleporting everywhere ( imagine i am at US / RU spawn at Strike at Karkand, in front of the AA battery thing. then suddenly boom i get into a car and for some reason the car starts teleporting back to where it spawned or where i was last, my ping is fine at 35 and 9 times out of 10 everyone else on the problem has the desync. It has started happening ever scince i paid the fee to upgrade from standard BF3 to BF3 Premium and it is really affecting my enjoyment of the game; if this isn't fixed soon i will have to ask for a refund as i cannot access the product(s) i paid for.
