Dice la camo code worked but did not unlock camo

I got my dice la code tonight and entered it at the water tower. I got to listen to Neebs scream promoted and thought "neat". I die and go to put it on and it is locked. I think "weird. I must get it ...

    Figured it out. I logged in this morning and still did not have the camo. I went to the test range and it unlocked there. Got my camo.

I think you have to completely exit the game and then go back in to have the camo unlocked, not just wait for the next round.
