DICE/EA/Visceral Patches
If Someone Kills EA/Dice/Visceral worker with their patch using knife does he gets this patch and can he just use it?

As far as I know you can not use the patch. It shows only the amount. Use these patches can only EA, DICE, Visceral.
Yep. I did a little research and I can confirm what Prest0n said, right now you can't wear viral patches, you don't get them when you knife someone wearing one. I don't know if this will be changed.
