So after sitting for 5 hours and getting no reply from EA support. I get told to move my thread to the Help area which I did, then it is marked as spam. I am more then angry at this point. Someone has taken $60 from me and I am either going to get a refund or my game back. I have been trying to get in touch with EA support since Friday MORNING. And have gotten nothing from them. What am I suppose to do? A game I spent money on is lost somewhere, who knows? And have gotten nothing from EA support at all. I've been waiting for a phone call since 8 this morning. It is now 4:17 Central. This is getting to be a joke.
It appears that you did a chargeback for your game - this means that you've asked your bank to return the money for your purchase. If that happens we will take the game from your account.
