If you bought it though origin it should be in your library for sure (i have it too), otherwise you have to get a retail copy of the game. (there're should be still something around).
If you had playied years ago and you had created an account you can download it and just enter your credentials...

Yea I bought the game in origin and I owned an original copy on a disk but it does not show up in my library. Not sure how to get it these days by any other methods.
If you bought the game but it does not show up i suggest you to contact an Ea advisor since it's not how it should be.
