I have reinstalled everything from the video driver to directx and Battlefield 4. same result.

The following message:

"DirectX device creation error

Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for playing this game.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M GPU does not support DirectX 10.0 which is required."

This is a laptop I travel with and is a new Alienware 17. I have played Battelfield 3 and 4 on this machine for several months and then I get this.?

I did follow your link and it said :

Update for windows (KB2670838) is already installed on this computer.

Anymore ideas let me know i will try anything right about now.....I am at a loss...
