Direct X Error 'GetDeviceRemovedReason'

I have hade this problem since like half a year back, or it didn't pop up eny error in the beginning but same thing happend. The game gets minimized and is unable to open again.
I have tried like 50 different solutions and spoken to EA support, but the only thing they said was that my problem was moved to an "expert group" and that I would get an email within 24-48 hours, that was 2 months ago.. no email yet..
But I did something like 2 weeks back that fixed it, for a while anyways, because today it started crashing again. Can't remember what I did but I haven't changed anything since that day.
So yeah, i'm getting really annoyed because I have spent a lot of money on the game with premium and all of that, and it's like my favorite game when it works..
I got the gtx 570
