I bought Battlefield 4 with expansion packs and a new Gigabyte R9 280X card which is said to be made for this game.
I can play a maximum of 120 secunds. After that the game hard crashes.
I also get the DirectX error message.
EA, are working on solving the issue?
I want my money back !

I have the same issue with Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 on my MSI GTX 580 Twin Frozr II graphics card.
Do you know that Call of Duty Ghosts has the same bug with directx dxgi error device hung (or removed), and the support just announced they recognised this issue, and they are working on it.
What About EA/DICE?
This problem persists since Battlefield 3 and they didn't recognised it, and they didn't fixed it... and they are leaving their customers in the fog...

I have the exact same card. Had the exact same problems in BF 3. Fixed it by flashing my GPU to a lower state, risky business back then.
Spent countless hours talking to EA games back then to make it work, I even provided them with the solution.
Bought BF4, i'm astounded, the problem is back and I can't fix it. This is hilarious.
EA GAMES TIME TO GIVE ME MY **bleep**ING MONEY BACK AND PAY FOR ALL MY LOST HOURS RESEARCHING YOUR **bleep** AND FEEDING YOU WITH THE INTALL. Which is at least €1000, thank you come again.
