I don't have this problem, my brother does, he has a 560 ti, while I have a 660 ti (Kepler Architecture). It might be the card, but I had the same problem in the beta, can't remember how I fixed it, try uninstalling Physx and/or the 3D stuff.

I tried EVERYTHING, nothing helped to me.
!!!BUT!!!
I solved my problem with full reinstall of Windows!
I just did Format C and install new clean Windown 7 64, then I installed all latest versions of drivers and Origin with BF4 and DirectX problem GONE!
I played about 10 hours without stoping and there was no DirectX problems, BUT!!! Instead of this Directx problem game become crash sometimes + video driver stopes responding... But this is ok, at least It's happends once per hour or so and thx to new battlelog - no progress loss like in BF3 was if kicked or crashed.... Anyway I am 50% happier now.
