DirectX Error

Hi.

I've all of a sudden started to get DirectX errors whenever i try to join a server.
I've updated my graphics card drivers etc but i still get either of 2 DirectX errors which are in the following links:  Here & Here
I'm at loss on what to do or what started to cause these errors.
All my other games work just fine, so at least my graphics card hasn't broken up.

Hoping to hear some info about these 2 pesky errors soon.

Cheers -Pohvi-

The DXGI or Appcrash issue is very often caused by memory issues of your RAM or video-card (like systems below 4GIG RAM). Could you provide us some information about your system?

At first, please check your latest video-card driver and check what version of the origin client is installed on your computer. Install the newest driver for your video card.

For owners of a NVIDIA videocard, please download the latest physx driver. This could solve your problem. Some players reported that it even helped out with an ATI card.

Go to your custom settings of your video-card software. Disable all extra options for enhanced graphics and set the preferences for AA and anisotropic to “use application settings”.
Set the BF3 graphic options to “low quality” or reduce AA and anisotropic filtering to a minimum.
Launch the game, if the issue is solved, you can try to set the graphic options higher.

Sometimes, this issue can be related to the cloud storage.
Open your Origin client, click on “Show Game Details”. Then you go to the cloud button on BF3 and uncheck the “enable cloud storage for all games” box. Launch the game.
If that helped, you can try to enable the cloud storage after a restart; it might work after with the cloud storage function. Make sure to use the local data when the information box popping up.

    Cheers

Due to some problem i'm unable to finish installing the newst Ati drivers for this card. Computer reboots in middle of install. It always does install all the most necessary stuff so im able to play, but i've never been able to finish it.

BF3 settings have been set to low some time ago (though it didn't improve my fps as i had hoped).
For the origin, i'll try that tomorrow.
Now for the weirdest thing of them all.
I can play BF3 without problems whenever i have EvE-Online running on background. If it isn't i get the directX error always.

Okay that sounds really really weird. Okay you should update aka re-install your DirectX. It seems like that Eve is starting some progresses in your DirectX library and BF3 is not able to get reposes from this files. As a conclusion, it look like an issue with your DirectX library.

Re-installed directX and no change. Re-installed BF3 and no change. Still have to run EvE-o in order to play bf3.  Will have to take the comp to nearby comp maintenance store. Wanted to avoid it as it's not cheap in here. Light maintenance 40€ and heavy 85€. Don't think we can  can find a working solution for this. Too many problems at the same time.
Thanks for trying to help. Much appreciated.
