PC Game must be plug n play !
I will try that but what to do with " normal " people who are not so friendly with hardware ad software things ?
on that youtube video is no useful information , but thanks for that .
The game is plug and play for like 99% of the people playing it, there will always be some with issues when it comes to PC games however due to it's fragmented nature. Even consoles are not completely plug and play anymore with people constantly having cache, license, harddrive corruption, network, port forwarding, DDOS, sync issues and so on. The suggestions for solutions you get will only be as good as the info you provide.
For example, the lack of a dxdiag.txt attached to this thread makes me think it's non updated, pirated OS with 10 overlays enabled at once all crashing the game 😛
I must commend you on your bravado though, comming into a forum dedicated to troubleshooting and people helping each other and complaining about not wanting to receive troubleshooting from people requires a certain gusto!

And I've said there's no such thing as a plug and play pc game for 100% of the people buying it. If you tried to make a point I think you failed 😉
How much EA pay you ? Your answers are like a typical support chat script :D
