sorry man but classic troubleshooting is ridiculous .

    disabling origin in game ?

    reinstalling origin ?

    try to repair game ?

try to uninstall and then reinstall game ?

    reinstall windows ?

    reinstall drivers , directx , punkbuster ?

i try all that things ! ands that is a classic answer from EA support chat !

what are they smoking when asking to do people all that things ?

They sell broken product ! They get our money and thats it !

That error means that EA/DICE dont care about us . They produce some game and we will buy cause that is NEW ! Like damn lambs !!!

p.s. and how can you explain that Battlefield 3 and 4 works great on ULTRA settings on my pc ?

When you disabled Origin in game did you to it both in the global application setting and under the game's setting when you right click the BF1 tile and select "show game details"?  If not try disabling both. What are your PC specs to include OS?  What is the exact wording of the Direct X error that you receive?

Regarding why BF3\4 works great on Ultra but you are having trouble with BF1 they are all different games with different engines and BF1 is more resource intensive than the previous entries.

  • How much EA pay you ? Your answers are like a typical support chat script :D

Since you seem to not want help from your fellow gamers and have stooped down to personal attacks I've decided to close this thread as that's not the purpose of this forum.

I've had that error in BF3 and BF4 before, once when my GPU was going bad and later when it was game related. This solution fixed the issue for me when it was game related, maybe you'll have equal success:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD6j3xTH-vg&index=75&list=WL\

I'm not sure who your comment was directed at but neither Carbonic nor myself work for EA; we're volunteers assisting gamers with their issues on our own time when we could be gaming. If our questions bare a resemblance to a support script that's because troubleshooting is a predetermined process consisting of identify the problem, identify any possible connected issues affecting or contributing to the main problem, and then eliminate the unrelated issues as well as ask basic questions about which platform they play on, PC specs, error messages PC or program behavior etc. until the issue is resolved. PC require a higher amount of follow up questions than consoles do due to the variety of hardware and software combinations users have.
