You shouldn't have to try workarounds to get crap like this to work.

youunderclocking/overclocking gpus, reinstalling directx, changing settings in nvidia control panel, putting graphics on low, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers

VladOk, from what I see here, there is no problems with the drivers (btw, great PC), so we will have to perform a clean boot. This will tell us if the game enters in conflict with something from your computer. After the restart, if in the clean boot the issue still occurs, then you should enter again on chat with us for further assistance. If the issue during the clean boot doesn't occurs, then there's a program interfering with the game, resulting in that issue. Here is a link with how to perform the clean boot :
