BF1 Game / DLL version mismatch ERROR

Question

I played BF1 a long time ago with no problems and decided to start playing again. Downloaded the game on steam but when i tried to open the game it gave me this error.

I updated my drivers and diretx, repaired the files but didnt work

I reinstalled the game and the EA app but same error everytime. I dont use any background gaming programs

any suggestions?

Same problem. I have it for BF1 et BFV....

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version. x86 and x64.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Still getting the same error after reinstalling C++ thanks for the suggestion though
