Gents, I have found a solution after chatting with a EA tech:
Installing latest drivers and then performing this https://help.ea.com/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc fixed the issue for me been playing for over an hour now without problems.

Therefore, the latest nvidia video driver are 33165 that does not change anything.
playing in windowed mode, I could read that draiver video has stopped working.
After 5 days since the release of BF4, I think the best thing to do, is to bring the game by the seller "hoping that there is worth some $" and buy CoD
