I happen to have found a fix online. Apparently this was a beta issue too and noticed that extra files are
located in the Direct X folder, which from my understanding is preventing the proper communication.
Been having Direct X issues and loading freezes as well as BSOD. Stable for 10 + matches. Using Firefox and IE. Knock on wood!
Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist. There only needs to be 4 files in this folder. Create a folder
and put all other 100+ files into that folder you just created but leave these 4 files alone.
1) dsetup.dll
2) dsetup32.dll
3) dxdllreg_x86
4) dxsetup
Next, do a repair install in Origin, Restart and hopefully it works, some people are having success with it.
Post if it works, for others out there.

I'll give your answer a go, mostly because you're running almost the EXACT same set up I am.

It worked. Atleast as far as I can tell. Played for a good couple hours. I did some other system maintenance stuff, but my weekly defragging and cleaning out my po--temporary internet files really isn't going to impact it.
